im lookin for a job, needs to be able to work around my skool schedule at TCC, something on that side of town would be nice but not required, like to get out around 9 or 10 6.75 to 7.50 an hour would be nice. im 18 if that helps out. lemmie kno thanks.

Have you applied at TCC? When I was a student there, I had several friends that worked on campus.

I really wanted to make it out there, but I got off work at ~5:40 last night, and didn't feel like driving across town.. I kinda wish I did though.

Honestly, it's not the easiest place to get a job. It took me ~8 months to get even an entry level IT job, and I'm making terrible money, with no benefits, but there's no other openings to apply for.. It's even made me consider a change in career choice.

It's the same way for many other fields around here too. Quite sad to know the only way you'll make money in this town is to be an attorney, or a politician.

^^ Damn, that's not good to hear. I'm going for my IT degree at FSU right now, but am willing to move after I graduate, so hopefully that will open some things up.

I mean I could find a job if I really needed to, but I am making enough money playing online right now so it doesn't matter. I am waiting until something good happens, not wanting to just go work some BS job for just over minimum wage.

My buddy is the manager of Honey Baked Ham on CCNE and got an offer to be the manager of a new Wing Stop when it opens (I believe they're building it right now) so I will probably be working there when that happens. I have management experience as well so I might be his Assistant Manager when things get rolling.

That's too bad you didn't come to that EDS thing man. No IT jobs here makes less than 30k, yes, even the entry level ones.

like i said we need stock bad. if you fill out an application im pretty sure they will call in within 2 weeks and give you any hours you want we need them that bad.

Which Publix do you work at?? I was a stocker for a year and 1/2 down in Ft. Lauderdale. Also are they flexible with hours?? My store blew with hours...

i work at the vineyards on mahan and 90 the should be flexible. and the drug test they do is a 24hour mouth swab. so if you say smoke some "stuff" 2 days b4 the test you should be fine on the test day. Thats what ive heard fomr several ppl that smoke and work there
