I have a question i got a ticket which im not fighting cause im lucky i got the break that i did. I was doing 50 in a 35. The ticket is for speed faster then posted max. With a statute of 316.183 (3). I called the clerk because it was not letting me pay online and they said the ticket has a incomplete or no statute on the ticket and i have to wait till the ticket is updated. Im worried cause it getting close to the 30 days and i dont want my license to get suspened for no payment.

the cop might not have turned his paperwork in. that happened to a friend of mine. he got a wreckless driving ticket and he tried on several attempts to pay it at the clerks office but it never came up in the system. the cop just never turned it in.
by the way...were you driving a school bus?

If it goes pass 30 days, they assess a late fee. It doesnt get suspended on day 31. I forget how long it before they begin the suspension process.
ALSO...
https://www6.hsmv.state.fl.us/dlcheck/dlcheckinq will let ya check ya license...see if its valid or not.
