Metal building/workshop

I'm trying to figure out how much I'm gonna have to spend on a building. I'm looking for something ~30 feet wide, by maybe 25 feet deep, with a storage room built in to it, and at least a 10 foot ceiling. Anyone know of a place in town that does that? I can make a crude drawing of one with visio and show you what i'm talking about if you don't know.
