wish we would have had a way to weigh him, but late and in a hurry. gonna guess he was around 185= 200 range. big enough where i had trouble dragging his ass.

yeap, just north of bannerman rd off 319. He couldn't have set me up any better either. He followed a doe in across from the stand I was in only about 50 yards away. Thankfully it wasn't any darker than what it was because I was using my 30/30 with iron sights. Really I just put it on him and hoped I was in the right spot due to not being able to really see my front sight post.

Not many are that big, at least I've never seen one that big for here. My dad hunts and he has never gotten a deer like that here in FL.

my dad saw a 10 point one morning in the backyard of our old house right there in Golden Eagle, seeing as how that neighborhood is kinda close to where Coy describe that might be him....lol.

no, we think it is an old war wound. shot him right above the front shoulder, and dropped him instantly

Nice one. Get Beavers to mount the head. He is a little slow but does GREAT work. I have seen a number of the deer he has mounted. IF you need the number let me know I have a card in the truck, just too damn lazy to go get it right now. He lives right up the road from me if ya need me to take it to his shop I can do that too.
