Did anyone happen to see that segment on ESPN where they went to his house in Virginia and showed all those barns in his backyard?
One barn was a birthing center, another was a hospital, another a training barn, Then the infamous death chamber and lastly a barn for the actual fights, which happened to be in the attic, one way in one way out.
2 dogs enter, 1 dog leaves.

When he gets out he'll be 30 and 4 years since his last game. IMO he's done in the NFL. Didn't do that much with the time he's been there already, no one will take a chance he'll "develop" at that age.

Saw that, the guy that owns the place now is a real estate agent - and is speculating. Paid like $500k and says he won't sell it for less than a mil and the new owners could tear the barns down or "use them for storage". Yeah, right that'd be some notorious storage.

No they aren't, the banks that gave loans to the people that paid too much for the end product are. Ever heard the expression "more money than sense"? Applies to Vick and those people, and the bank loan officers. I believe the bank loan officers knew what they were doing though.... they didn't care if the borrowers were able to make the payments or not since they were selling the notes before the closing on the property. "Flipping" mortgages if you will....

when did 30 years old become too old to play qb(Favre is like 44)? especially when you are as physically gifted as mike vick. as bad a guy as he is, he is a freak of nature on the field, and he's got 23 months to weight train in the clink. He'll get another chance, maybe not right out of prison, i have a feeling Goodell will suspend him another year for his failed drug test, but some team will pick him up and give him a reduced, heavily incentive laced, contract.
i also think its kind of ironic Tyler, a dawg fan, posted this.

You're right, the Dolphins are still suiting Ricky Williams up after 2+ years so I won't say that won't happen. Someone will probably give him another shot, I just don't think he'll make much of it. I'm old so it could just be my bad memory but can you think of anyone that's laid off for even a couple years, never mind 4, and made a successful comeback in the NFL? I'd say the jury's still out on Ricky... but it don't look good. As for Favre, that's not even a close comparison, he's going into the Hall of Fame as soon as he's eligible, Vick has never even sniffed that level of play, physical gifts or not. Most guys that have been in the league 6 years with a 35-28 W-L record and a 75.7 QB rating he has would have long since been unemployed or toting a clipboard. If he'd been picked (and paid) in the second round like Quincy Carter they'd have given up on him already...
