Car was tuned at another shop with a stock 80mm MAF and Aviator intake. Customer swapped to a ported cobra intake and 90mm lightning maf. It made 318 rwhp at the other shop also. After the maf swap and re-tune I got it up to 343 rwhp 343 tq SAE. 353/353 STD.

It won't be the same, because you won't have as many valves.

It's official folks! Ben 99 GT has given the bolt on contenders a new number to shoot for with amazing numbers for a bolt on car!!
There are some skeptics of 330+ hp bolt on, naturally aspirated Cobras but quite a few credible people have recorded numbers in this range. My own personal car put down 331 rwhp with similar bolt-ons to Ben's and I think his addition of an electric water pump, aluminum flywheel, high rev clutch, larger injectors and Accubfab twin throttle body all play a part in getting an additional 12 rwhp to the ground.
Congrats to Ben, our new Bolt-On Horsepower Champion!

Those are some unreal numbers for a stock 4 v, congrats!!! I always read that the stock maf was very good and to not change it, but dang 10 hp from the lightning maf has me thinking I might need to get one. Which maf did he have on the car, just curious if he swapped from a maf like I have. I'm making a few changes ( I just got one item on last night) to the car before getting with you on bringing it down because I want to just get the car done after I get my couple other items on, which should be here maybe next week. I told a buddy of mine to pm you about his chevy since I saw that you tune those also. Take it easy.

I didnt see which maf he had on the car. But I know the 02 had a 80mm stock MAF and I picked up right at 8-10 rwhp going to the SCT 90mm MAF. I didn't think the 80mm was hurting the car, but apparently it was.
