Hey gang,

Here's a few pics of the MOST AWESOME Christmas present from my wife.

Wheels: 19 X 8.5 (front) 19 X 9.5 (rear) AZA Z-15 Hyper Dark
Company: Wheelmax (no problems)
Price: $1200 shipped, mounted, balanced, and with all the supplies needed
Offsets: 40mm front, 45mm rear
Tires: Nankang NSII 235's up front/265's in the rear
Suspension: Stock (sagging rear springs FTL)
Fender status: rear fenders have not been cut or modified in any way
Rubbing issues: With only me in the car there is no rubbing under very normal driving. If you romp on the gas it rubs, if you have a passenger it rubs, if you go over big bumps it rubs. I will be grinding the rear fenders as soon as I return home from my trip.

And the pics as promised:

niteshades. I still have plenty left if you want to use it. Just buy an abrasive scotch pad, clean it good with some simple green or degreaser, spray on a light coat of adhesion promoter, and then 2 coats of niteshades. YOu can clear it but I pefer the "flat"look myself.

I'll have to check yours out sometime... I've been thinking of getting some black 'Klearz (http://www.klearz.com/lens/gto-color.jpg)' but I'm not sure I could bring myself to buy a product spelled that way. It seems like the niteshades looks as good for a whole lot less.

The klearz are cool but it only cost me 9 bucks to coat em with niteshades. 20 minutes and put them on...it was very easy.

I'm really surprised 265s rub on your car. Was the car not designed to have a staggered setup? I had 275s on my 545i and still had plenty of room. Some peeps put on 285s w/o any rubbing.

Look at your fenders...they are flared. Besides, they can fit up to 275s but only wih the right offset. Since not many wheels come with the right offset we need (unless you go custom like Chase did) you have to modify just a little.

Those look nasty with CGM!! I wish somebody had a set of wheels that looked halfway decent for red. Still searching for that perfect combo.

I niteshaded my reflectors too... cleaned them with soap and water, used some 1500 grit sand paper, went over it with a tack cloth, did 2 light coats of night shades, and a coat of clear... I bought two cans of that stuff, because for some reason I thought it would use a lot, but I used hardly any.... I've been thinking about tinting the tail lights to use up the remaining 1 7/8's can

Those 235's were the shit!! hahaha

My best 60' ever was on those old 235/40 Potenzas. I can't do shit on these 275's. I need DR's. Is CCW making Classics for GTOs yet?

He has 505A's, the most ballinest shit ever, classics are like these dull black zillion spokes.

EDIT- they come in polished too which is a little better
