:mad: every time I read something about it, it just pisses me off more and more. That lady really needs to stop protesting it. But, at least they haven't given up on trying to open it...which is a good thing :)

there has to be a legal way that the judge can throw out the case and not allow her to appeal it anymore? She's lost, and she keeps losing....GET OVER IT! LET US HAVE THE TRACK BACK!

Problem is now, she had the county review board dis-band. A new board was brought in, and now givin the track heck about re-aproving it.
