hey guys, i was wondering if fuel injectors for a 97 cobra are a direct fit a 98 cobra.
thanks
Im not sure what exactly you are asking. But 96-98 cobra's all have 24lb injectors from the factor and are interchangable.

The old 5.0s and the 2Vs come with 19s. There really isnt any reason to add larger injectors to your cobra. Unless you are going with some nitrous, maybe. Or with a supercharger, but 30s wouldnt be enough with a blower.
Why are you asking? What are you looking to do?

What are you looking to do?[/QUOTE]
I'm looking to put on a 100 shot, i really want a blower but my finances do not allow me that option right now. i'm looking to be race ready by next june for gainesville ffw. i know that i'm going to need a roll cage after i get the nos though. (convertibles suck -12.99 =rollcage) i'm also looking into some rear suspension pieces right now. i can't decide which is best since everyone claims to be it.
I dont know if you really need larger injectors for a 100 shot. Im not a nitrous wiz, but I think you would be ok. Just get a larger fuel pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Are you planning on going with a wet or dry kit. If you dont know already, purge, bottle warmer, nitrous pressure gauge is very important if you plan on racing.

thanks for the advice and info, i'm planning on a dry kit. i will also have it professionally installed down here. i am doing my research though and will probally ask plenty more questions about possible set ups. i trust my installer, but i realize that he is also trying make a buck and i don't want him "tricking" me into buying more parts than i need.

Actually, 13.99 = 6pt rollbar in a Vert. Along with 5 pt racing harness. pita

that sucks even more, when i raced in orlando last year, i was only asked if i ran under 13, i guess i got lucky that time, oh well. the track by my house is only an 1/8 and they don't really care too much to check for safety equip. on fri. nites when it's test n tune, so i'll have to practice on that until next june or until i get my cage
