Andy (Carter01) brought the car in with a base EFI Live tune, I was able to squeeze out some more power from it. And that was even using EFI Live which I had never used before.

Nice....11 pulls?

First few was learning the EFI Live software (scanning etc). Plus I don't just throw a timing # at a car and call it good. I play with the timing a lot, so it takes a few pulls to find the sweet spot.

very nice #'s, that cam looks similar to Futral's F14 that Jon had a while back.

I got to give Tony props! He gave the car a very street friendly tune that acts like a stock car around town but turns into a beast at WOT. Tony was dedicated to my car and never once did I feel rushed to get off the dyno like some tuners treat thier customers. I will definately be sending business Tony's way in the future. Also thanks to Danny and the others for helping out while the car was being tuned. Great group of guys down in Tally!

EFI live is really cool, but it cost more than some of the other programs.

Was that car an auto or a 6spd?

Yup, manual.

Who tuned it before?

It was a tune that was done for a 2000 Camaro with the same exact mods. *If* I understood correctly it was a base Texas Speed tune tweaked by someone at Aaron's.

So in 11 pulls using the software for the first time you made 19 more hp and 21 more ft/lbs?

Shit man, just imagine if you did this full time!

No, we can't have him taking all the work from other tuners. When your the best the customers work around your schedule...:)

Isn't EFI Live obsolete compared to HP Tuners? Maybe its just me but I hear most LS1's get tuned per HP Tuners.

Not really, both have a place in the market. Each had it's pro's as to the logging. I've used HP more so of course I think it was laid out better. But if I was coming from EFI to HP the same could probably be said.

He got 28/31 out of mine in 14 pulls... I'd like to sign up for the 20 pull tune please.
Although I did have to wait until after work :nono:

He didn't even try to sell me a different camshaft either... clearly a halfass operation.
