judgement day 2 :: after court

ok... so I went to court...

I got this plea

$320 fine
6 months probation
25 hours community service
defense driving school
ticket was reduced from racing to reckless driving

so I talked to the DA and was like, this is harsh for spinnig tires, and that I didnt know it was a criminal offense, since it was not marked on my ticket, and I said why woudl I plead for 320 when the back of the citiation says 97 dollars...

tried the mark approach... lol..

the DA pulls my file and walks around reading it, then grabs a plea form, writes something on it and returns, his exact words were... this is stupid... you are free to go... and I am free..

no fine... no nothing... lacking PC he said...

and it was all that easy...

so I got in my car and pealed out of the parking garage... it is good to be free :)
