If you have an OBDI GM and are going to the track, I can hook my laptop up to it and you can watch the various sensors and such, if you care to. Let me know and I can snag the program off the internet before like 3 today = ).
It kinda helped me in diagnosing my trucks problem, and it is neat just to watch your spark advance and such

I've got the same thing. I've got an AKM cable and use TTS Datamaster. I have the eval version that's limited to twenty saves, but all you have to do is re-install and you get another twenty. Also have the various freeware versions. Freescan by Craig Moates and one or two others that I don't have the name for.

go ahead and take it, i know somebody who might wanna use it who'll be there.

I wanted to get an AKM cable, but i found a cheap non-molded one on Ebay for like $30 so I snatched it up. It works great, but I am carful not to mess with the little box with the circuits too much.
