Man I hate GM bullshit...

So, I installed some new speakers in my car along with some new deadening. I tore the interior out to install everything and when I went to put it back together, the stupid metal clips on my rear quarter panels won't hold very well because they've been bent too many times from going out and in.

Case in point: GMpartshouse has the clips for .56 cents. I order the six I need and get this nice reply:

"GM has recently changed the part number for the clips and the new price is now $4.22 per clip. Please inform us if you would like to proceed with your order."

That's what I'm going to do, but there are these metal clips that expand to lock in place (kinda hard to explain). Not very easy to duplicate...but we'll see.

I know how much you think GM sux.....well the answer is simple: Sell your car and buy FORD. If you don't want to do that and you want some help from your GM parts department (fellow TMCA member) call me tomorrow.
