Its been a while since I've posted anything, so I figured I would say hi and give an update. I'm currently in Jacksonville and working at Wheeler Power Products as the head engine builder/ fabricator. We just built a brand new facility. 18,000 sq. ft. machine shop, fully air conditioned. We also sell parts and fuel over the counter too. If you guys ever make it over here you'll have to stop by and check it out. My boss is pretty old school but I'm getting him up to date on all the late model gm LS based stuff which we should start doing in the near future. Anyways, my car is going under the knife around christmas. I figured I would join ever one and go turbo. I have a T88 that will be going on a 408 I'm building at work with some really nice L92 heads I ported. The heads flow 360cfm and should be a nice touch. I'm looking for around 850-900 at the wheels. I'll post some pics up in a little while. So I hope things have been going well for you guys in tally. Anyone going to the LSX shootout this year in memphis??

DAVE--good to hear from you. i was wondering what happend after you left SAM. and if i can ever get back on my feet financially i'll need some stuff. i only have 2 car notes left and then i won't be so scared to drop some serious cash on my motor set up. i think i want to stay with a forged 347 and put some turbo power on it...still wanting to do a rear mount to prove all the non believers wrong. i think i'm only gonna shoot for around 600/600 since i will prolly still be doing a lot of off track racing.
again man, good to hear from you

You guys built the motor for our Corvette Road Race car:
383 Bowtie Block
Callies Drilled Crank
Jessel Rockers
Canfield Heads
Pulled 728hp/690 ftlbs. on the Dyno at 7,200 RPM with headroom and has held up like a rock!! Anybody else that reads this Wheeler Power Products FTW!
