nice guys but they get a big thumbs down from me..

AC broke and they came and recharged it on a friday, checked the system for leaks and so on. Monday (three days later) it was completely frozen over and non-working again. Guy came out to the house again the following day and says we need a new part(that was a Tuesday). So finally today (8 or 9 days later) they show up to install the part and of course they were "sent the wrong part" and can't do anything until they get the correct part probably another week and a half from now

Ended up having some extended family come from PC to fix out AC. Blowin 60 degree's now ;) Saved us oh... a few grand :)

the lady that owns our place has some kind of home warranty service and we don't get any say in who they pick unfortunately....the guy today said they found the leak and and soldered it so it should hold up until the new part comes in so hopefully he's correct
