I hate Xmas shopping...

So yesterday I was in Dothan with my sister shopping for my dad's christmas gift, and wouldn't you know it I get rearended while sitting at a stop light on ross clark circle. Didn't hear any brakes, no screeching of tires...just nailed me. Must have been doing about 30 and not paying any attention whatsoever. Surprisingly, the car just has a minor, barely noticable scuff on the bottom of the bumper and it'll have to be realigned with the rest of the body panels. However, my entire neck feels as if someone stomped on the back of it with a pair of doc martins. Going to see the doc about it monday.

get well soon buddy. i've had a pulled muscle in my kneck for the last 3 weeks. the most horrible thing about it is my first movement towards the alarm clock every morning of every day reminds me that it isn't even close to being healed. and the doctor will make you shave your mountain man beard due to the weight....lol

Yeah, it feels like a 300 pound goth chick stomped on the back of my neck with a pair of doc martins. Didn't do a damn thing to his stupid fail piece of shit Saturn. Didn't even deploy his airbags. My sister had to physically jump between the guy and me because I was going to murder him in front of the Frankobake body shop.

I got rearended 4 years ago and I had neck surgery,theraphy etc, i can move it now but it hurts everyday.



And Christmas shopping sucks my wife lost her cell phone at k mart and when i called it someone answered it , I said that my wife's phone , She said NOT ANYMORE!
I had nextel disconnect it 2 minutes later.

Unless they have shit for insurance. Then you get the 10k or 20k that their insurance is capped at and you have to sue them for the rest. Then if they don't have squat you get squat.

Well truth be told, I'd rather had the incident not happened at all. I went through a lengthy and costly battle over a motorcycle accident that occured a couple years past when a guy backed out in front of me, so I don't want to go through that whole mess again. He has Geico, but I doubt he'd be financing that Saturn, and who knows what kind of coverage he has. As long as I get back to 100% healthy and the bumper is fixed I'll be happy.
