If you don't know how to FTP. Easiest way, is to get CuteFTP from download.com . Install it. Its really simple.

Ya, I downloaded it. I am recompressing it. There is no reason at 320x it should be 42 megs. Even for a 6 min video. Give me a few mins.

Took me 3min haha

and yeah it was worth it. i finally got a run on camera. Proof I beat Bryant by 4s...by the way I am retired from running Bryant bc of that beating ;)
