Gainesville will rent you a helmet if you get in a bind. They're really nice,. The lining in mine was so torn that it kept falling down and covering my eyes. Not what I like to happen at 100+ MPH. :-o

$800+ for wheels and tires, but no $100 for a helmet? Tsk tsk.

first time we went, the guy(@ the tree) reached in the car(backseat) to hand it to the driver only to see our helmet wasnt snell approved, but DOT. wednesday we took the same helmet and just wore the helmet the whole time we were in the car(no reason for him to approach and look) and no problems the whole night.
