me and josh went to bullwinkles last night. there sitting at the bar for like two hours and out of nowhere this kid comes up all drunk and shit like putting his arm around me telling me and josh that we look 15 and wants to see our ids and shit. so he wont leave and he keeps saying stupid shit to me so i stand up and get in his face. than his friend from across the bar stands up. blah blah blah

thing is he had left shoulder kinda turned towards me the way he was standing. so all i kept thinking was either 1) hit him in the kidney and make him piss blood for a week, but josh will go to jail since the other guy wil probably come over to fight 2) sit back down and ignore him

went with 2 for a change, although i wish i went with 1

sorry to hear that you were unable to "throw down".

i too have had this happen to me, but i was the one on probation and decided that (do not collect $200, and go directly to jail) was not my best option. good to hear that some people still look out for their friends welfare. i once had my roommate call the cops on me because i got drunk and wouldn't let him sleep. i kept running inside our apartment and blasting our radio, then running outside. :p yes i was being an asshole, but he was my friend and you don't call the cops on your friend, you kick his (in this case my) ass :oops:

I think you did the right thing. I would have just made fun of the guy. Drunk people are very easy to mess with. :)
