Last night I was driving home to Ft. Lauderdale and on the Turnpike around 7:30pm I see a badass looking Stang. I get up close to it, and sure enough it is an '03 Cobra (mineral gray or whatever color it is called). You all thought my car was loud, but this thing screamed under normal driving. We begin weaving in and out to get next to each other. We are driving neck and neck and I am waiting for him to show interest. I give him a little rev and he seems more than game.
I was sick of just sitting there waiting for him to respond so I hit it, thinking I'll need the jump anyways, and he doesnt move. After I let off he just seemed to fall back and forget about me. Guess he didnt want to waste gas on me lol.
Had a UF plate, and was a college-age looking guy. Besides exhaust and gauges, couldnt tell anything else he did.
Almost getting raped by an '03 was really the highlight of my long trek. Well that and seeing, a Modena and Espirit within 30s of each other.
