Hello Everyone!



I know ArtyG has already made a post about some special visitors on August 27, 2009, so here is the info.



SGMP's General Manager Tim Fleming would like to come down and meet with everyone. They are aware of the mistakes they made at the last track day and would like to try and make it right. They take full responsibilty for the mistakes and would like to talk with everyone to see what they can do to make it right. I have agreed to work with them, but I do need your help. I am asking that we have a great turnout for the meet on August 27, 2009 to give them the chance to make it right.

Hello Everyone!!

I just wanted to follow up on ArtyG's post and ask that everyone please come out to the meet tonight!!

I did confirm the with General Manager last night and they will be in town tonight. They really do want to try and make things right.

We will be dropping by to have dinner at Bird's around 7:30pm and then going to the meet at 9:30pm.

I haven't seen anybody on here in over a year, been out of town. But if RB brings the mac n cheese then I'll be there in a heart beat! That was some good shiznt!

The track day was an awesome time - it was just a bit crowded, being open to the public and whatnot. Whether or not the next event is open or closed to the public, I will be there. The announcing/commentating for the circle track races was hilarious "And now lets race 'em in REVERSE!"

It was suppose to be tmca/ti track day and instead they did a test and tune after they said it would only be member of tmca/ti

I am out of the loop, but what happened with SGMP? I heard reports from the last track day that things went well.
yes, it went well that night....at the expense of TMCA/TI. i think i called it that sgmpwade wouldnt be back posting here after he lied to us, and sure enough he hasnt logged in since before the trackday.

it's good that they are willing to own up to it. i should be there.

Hey guys, this comes via direct order from Amy (Mrs. RBPower), and I posted this over on TI already:

The back-up meet location will be the SONIC ACROSS FROM LAKE ELLA.

Amy (Mrs. RBPower) will make a post before heading to the Meet from Dinner to let everyone know where the representatives from SGMP will be headed at approximately 9:00pm. Any questions, contact me via text if you have my number, otherwise, check back here!

yeah the info we got was basically telling us if we actually want a private track day like what was originally offered to us, then we are better off sacking up just renting the entire track. it would be too expensive for them to just offer the track for our clubs private use.....but isn't that what was originally intended?

i would imagine we'll be organizing a track day rental sometime soon to avoid all the BS that gets tossed our way
