i currently have a 90 motor in a 84 c10 truck. would they just bolt in? could i use my air gap intake? im pretty green to the chevy world guys so im gonna need some schooling.

Derrr...edit I see what you're asking now.
There are modifications you can do to make LT1 heads work on gen I SBC's, but it would be easier and cheaper to just find a set of vortec heads (same basic head, but for a gen I engine). I don't think an air gap that fits a 90 model would fit the vortec heads.

damn it. oh well. i had a burnt valve on my heads and when i went to pull them someone has tried to home port them and has screwed them up. looks like they tried to port them with a torch. and i know a guy locally that has some aluminum heads for an lt1 for cheap and i was wondering if i could use them.

The machine work to modify them would be more than getting your old heads reworked. Not really worth it.
