i thought those were illegal
I do not advocate unauthorized use, or theft of cable services. Owning a descrambler does not give you the
right to receive channels without paying for them. Theft of cable services (including pay-per-view and
premium channels) is illegal if you have not paid for them. You are required by law to pay for all
services received. If you receive channels that you do not pay for and do not wish to pay for, use
the parental lockout code in your instruction manual to lockout these channels. The purchaser
must comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding the ownership of this device.

Plenty of links on that page that can get you what you want and they also have the software you'll need to make it work.
