scan tool for f250

Anyone have one, or know someone who has a scan tool that can test injectors for 2000 f250? Looking to do a buzz and contribution test on my truck with out taking it to a shop. thanks

i have an OBDII scanner that does CEL codes. dunno if that includes injectors
