car sponsership

i've been looking at a few different sites that say they will get your car sponserd for a few, usually around 100 bucks, i was wondering if any one here knows anything about these sites or if they can recommend one. my wife doesnt work so i dont have alot of money to put into my car and something like this would help out alot.here are acouple i found.

Looks sketchy to me IMO - actual sponsors need some tangible return on their sponsorship investment.

Save your money. Been there, and done that, and I didn't get anything from it but some of their stickers to advertise on my car.
