I drove out of there with a smile on my face! That X3 Power Flash really woke my V6 up!
Any hints for the timing or A/F segment that I can adjust? I went ahead and put the global as +4 degrees and increased the A/F by +8% and I think I have a V8 now, but I dont wanna kill my engine either. :joystick:
Thanks again!

P.S: Once I get some cash scraped up I wanna give a run on that dyno for kicks and giggles
Without a wideband on it, I wouldn't adjust the A/F too much. Timing can be adjusted to your liking, if you hear any knock back it down 2 degrees. When we get it on the dyno I can optimize those settings for you.

alright, sounds good.
is there a special sequence to get the datalogging to run? I downloaded the software onto my laptop and have the SCT plugged into the truck with the key on and the SCT via USB into the computer but for some reason i cant figure out how to get the LiveLink to show real-time numbers
Once you have it connected, Livelink, and the truck on. You need to select the icon that looks like a graph in the top corner. This will open the PID list. There are a LOT of things you can select to watch here. Speed wise keep it around 15 pids. Try and use the upper case PIDs only.

So you have the dyno where you can get a truck on it now? Fepony is still wanting a new tune.

Not yet, just need a couple free days to make it work.

Cool, I told a couple guys over at one of the Lightning sites that you could not. Post up when you get it worked out.

Yeah I called Friday and was told a truck couldn't be dynoed. I am ready to buy a SCT tuner and was asking about the posibility of a used one.
