it is a Bullseye Power Turbo, the "Comp480"

specs...

Turbocharger Name - S480
Compressor Wheel Inducer - 80mm
Turbine Wheel Inducer - 87/96
Turbine Wheel Trim - 96
Turbine Option - Outlet - V-Band
Turbine Option - Inlet - T6
Turbine Option - A/R - 1.32
Horsepower Rating - 550-1300

s480's are huge....

it aught to.... it should be good for +75PSI the top charger will be a 62mm and the head will be studded and O-ringed and ported so even if the PSI isn't up there there will be PLENTY of volume there.....

it's going on a slow ass 96 Dodge 3500 Diesel.

won't turn but 3000 rpm's.....

in theory i should be well over 550 hp with this new setup. torque should be well into the 4 digit numbers. not to bad for a little ole 6cyl....

my previous numbers were 358/727 and that was with a stock injection pump, 370hp marine injectors (5x.012" nozzle) (not the correct ones for this motor due to the piston design) a 64mm turbo w/4" exhaust pushing 52psi

new setup shall include:

new injection pump turned up by a reputable injection shop, no not shivers diesel.....
5x.016" custom build injectors
ported and o-ringed head
arp studs
better valve springs
62mm turbo on top of an 80mm going into 5" exhaust pushing no more than 80psi if i can get away with it.

maybe some nitrous to clear up the smoke if i don't have enough air..... who knows.....
