Update on Dyno/cruise day, Dec. 13th

I talked to Aaron again yesterday and we are clear for the 13th but with so many cars, he needs to get started early, like 9-9:30. Again, its $60 for 2 runs with A/F(A/F is for cars with no cats and NO leaded gas). When paying, Aaron asks us to bring cash, 3 $20 dollar bills or at least exact change. This is so he isnt having to run around to find change or call in a credit card when he could be dynoing one of our cars. Our only concern at this point is weather, any rain and we have to cancel. So, lets plan on meeting at the Publix out by Bannerman at 8 so we can leave at 8:15ish and get there early so we can get everyone dynoed. If you have any questions, I am talking to Aaron again later next week just to finalize everything so I can ask him anything then. We have 18 people "signed up" so it looks like we are going to have a good turnout. Heres the original link...

He said he would have no problem taking credit cards but he has to call each one in individually which takes time and we have 12-15 people dynoing which means we dont have any extra time. Its up to you guys but in order to get everyone dynoed who wants to be dynoed, he is going to have to move quickly and if I get my car ready and dont get to dyno because everyone paid with credit cards, Im gonna be pissed. Its for our own benifit. Aaron runs a top notch business, I assure you he isnt asking for cash so he doesnt have to report it but if that is the reason, who gives a fuck, thats his deal. As for the A/F reading with cats, he said that his machine wont give a reading with the cats in place so if you want your A/F, get rid of your cats and quit your bitching. Anything else I can be of assistance to?

Believe me Aaron is probably doing this more to be customer service friendly than anything. Ask anyone who's been to his shop. I get the feeling that the shop is more of a hobby that makes him money more than anything else.

of course cat's fuck up a/f reading when being read out of the tailpipes. That's why a true dyno shop weld in a bung for the a/f sensor (before the cats), similar to what JMS did with my car.

Back on topic, we need to get some footage for video 4 if someone doesnt mind bringing a camera. If I dont get my car fixed by Saturday, Ill ride with someone and get some footage of the cruise, should be cool since we have almost 20 people going.
