My truck needs a tune, how soon can you work on it? I understand that your dyno will not accept trucks at this time, can you do like a street tune?

Yes, I can do it on the street. Can't do it till next week though, as I am leaving Wed. for PRI Trade Show in Orlando. And will not be back till Monday.

It's $320 for the chip/tune. And later on when I get the dyno setup for trucks, if you want it dialed in on the dyno it's $200.

So I can get it done Monday the 14th? and pay the $200 for the dyno tune when the dyno is ready? How long before the dyno will be ready?

Thanks Tony! Only the trip home so far, but it seems great! Hope the gas mileage will be too. I am looking forward to some numbers from the track tomorrow.

Because the lift butts up to the dyno, the lift isn't long enough. Without the bumper of the truck hitting the dyno before all 4 wheels are on the lift.

Track times and MPG update: I went to the track on the 19th, ran a 15.9@83 on the 87 tune, a 15.8@83 with the 93 tune, and a 15.64@85 on the 93 tune with 1* removed 2000-4000 and 2* removed 4000-8000. I had DRs on at the track with 2.20-2.23 60foot. Mileage is still bad, but slightly better. 3 tanks with a steddy 17.7MPG. All this is on 87 octane Midway, FL Pilot fuel. 4310# race weight.

basic math. its not exactly accurate but just a round-about idea, -/+ 15 hp from what ive seen

trap speed calculation: hp = weight * (speed / 234)^3
elapsed time calculation: hp = weight / (ET / 5.825)^3

I've talked to you at the Thursday night races before. If you want to try out that little V6 we can do it tomorrow. I plan on being there.

ill put my money on you, from people i know with a carbon-copy (engine & mod wise) they're running 1 sec slower than you in the 1/4,
