Hello boys and girls,

I've got some information for all hands to pass down. My boss (dad) has asked me to take the next step in getting this range off the ground. He's making advances everyday, and here is where we stand.

After months of business plans and meetings with tons of people, our indoor range is pre-registering members. Our MONTHLY membership will run $79.99. This includes unlimited range time in our air-conditioned, lighted range, during business hours of course. Membership also guarantees priority, simply call ahead and a lane will be waiting for you. Also, guests in your party will have your same priority. There aren't unlimited spaces, so be one of the 200 members to register.
And, because you are a TMCA member, membership is $49.99.
Yearly memberships are $600 a year, with a free concealed weapons permit class for purchasing all 12 months at once.
Now, I know what you're thinking (most of you anyway), and Walk-Ins are very welcome at $15 an hour. This of course is based on availability (25 lanes). Business hours are tentatively 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

So send me a PM with your name, address and telephone number to pre-register, No Money Needed!! The more names I can pre-register, the sooner and more sure this thing will happen. We are aiming for mid to late 2010! (It would have been sooner, but we just started www.seacoastairtight.com !)

Many things to come including: Ammo sales, pistol/rifle rentals, full auto/suppressor rentals, and more! It pays to be a TGF member!

Here is a map to the location

Here is the basic layout I created with paint:

Let the questions begin.

Which building??? I was working for Centurion Tactical a few months back and he got evicted, so I quit. But that was a building next door. Funny part is that my dad owns all those white warehouses. Anyway, the Cycle Shop used to rent this building from us - the one we are putting the range in.

It's none of my business, but it would be interesting to get a beer and hear how you are pulling this off. The regulatory burden alone must be a nightmare!

Most definitely support the effort though!

you're tellin' me dude, you're tellin me. Actually, the NRA is helping out a ton, i'm not sure if we would be able to do this if it wasnt for them. And we're meeting with some more potential investors on saturday as well. There have been tons of people involved and we are still in the 'idea' phase

it will be good to get another indoor range here and I love the fact that there is limited spots it will help get rid of the people that don't need to be around guns

yeh i mean, there will be a lot of times when not every lane is occupied. So walk-ins will be welcome, it will help fill the gaps, but at busy times, it will pay to have a membership

Sure haha, they were in a rental office on Old Bainbridge and Tharpe for a while, and he got three months behind on his rent and the landlord sent us eviction papers and a lawsuit to pay the rent/be out immediately. I asked my dad if he could loan some empty warehouse space, he said yes but made John sign a 12 month lease. So John and I (mostly I) moved all his CRAP into an empty warehouse. Two months passed by, he didnt feel like changing the utilities over into his name, or giving anything for the warehouse space, so he just moved again.
We went to the rented space one day and all his stuff was gone. Its funny tho, cause he's still in a 12 month lease. He didnt contact anybody about getting out of it or anything. He just ran. In my opinion, he just didnt like me having any say in how to run the company. So he 'fired' me, which he thinks was the easy way of buying me out of my share of the company. Its an LLC - you dont just "fire" your partners.

So he owes everybody he's dealt with in the last 12 months money. Two landlords, 5 ex-employees (including me), Magpul especially, ADT security, credit card companys and banks. I seriously have no idea how he's made it this far. Not to mention he's broken two major federal firearms license laws.

it depends on if we knock some walls down or not. It also depends on which warehouse we actually end up in. But its safe to say that it will be atleast 50 years, maybe 75
