for the next 10 years. My wife will be able to retire in 10 years. She will be 50 with 26 years at the Va Department of Corrections. I will be finished with my new degree in 2 years and I already have 9 years with the state. I will, hopefully have about 17 years with the state and only be 48. The house will be paid for, est market value based on current growth ~600k. My son will be out of school and on his way to college, Virginia Tech, he does not want to go to FSU. My daughter will be out of private school and it will be time for her to go to public school here, not an option as far as I'm concerned. My wife parents will have passed on by then. This means she has no family in Va. I on other hand have family in Ga and Fla. In 10 years, its back to Tallahassee. I have on concerns about finding suitable jobs or a place to buy. I already told my wife that's the way its going to go down. The clock has begun, T-minus 315,360,000 secs and counting.
