I was on both betas and it took a zillion sniper bullets to kill someone from a distance....also the kill cam pretty much ruined the game for me.

Im pretty disappointed. They too took many negatives from 1943 and incorporated them into BC2. Plus they completely fucked up the vehicle controls. If they would have just make a carbon copy of BC1 with a couple more vehicles and weapon systems everyone would have been happy.

The beta version had a lot of glitches, overall the gameplay and graphics are killer. If you play on PC - Steam is selling the limited edition which comes with some extra unlocks.

Awesome, I'll try and add you on to my steam list when I get home. I'm currently level 3 (private III?) and am an engineer / assault whore. As soon as I get my joystick issues figured out, the XP should start rolling in a bit faster. I'm glad they got the server issues fixed, I only got to play on Friday night and the servers didn't come on until like 9:00 PM!?!?!?!

I think it needs to be the email address you set the steam account up with, it said that it couldn't find that player name. Try adding me by using JKennedy12@aol.com

Maybe try madderhatter as well. Steam is so retarded, looking at my profile it's saying madderhatter while my steam account is 1madderhatter.

I wish it was setup to go console vs. PC. :clap:

My buddys and I have talked about this. It shouldnt be too difficult to setup the code and infrastructure to enable PC, Xbox, and PS3 to communicate and host on one network...The problem is however getting companies of those 3 platforms to agree on anything will take roughly 350,000 lawyers.

It's a good thing you can't play console vs. PC , the mouse + keyboard set up is a huge advantage over the gamepad with joystick controlled motion. My score is about 3 times higher when I play on PC vs. playing on 360 or PS3.
