Can this be welded and how much?

Can this be welded or put a stud on it?The bolt still tightens down but I havnt hit the key yey, Engine is out at the moment

Yes it can, I can spray weld it or I have some special tig rods for cast iron, but the block would have to be put in the oven, total teardown, hard to nail down $$$ probably around $100 to $200 ,best guess, might be cheaper to find a block.

Well do you think it would last without being welded?Would you put it in your truck and drive?I dont have the time to do a rebuild on a 30,000 mile motor or any motor.,.If not Ill get my money back from the guy I bought it from and get another one.
