I need some information quickly on buying foreclosures

I am interested in buying a home coming up this week in a foreclosure auction. I need someone that has been through the process or has relevant information. 500rwhp responded to my request but, I haven't been able to get ahold of him since his first post. I understand that he is busy and often unavailable. If he or anyone else can be of help, please email or call me. I could also possibly use some legal help in closing and information as to what liens or debts stay with the house in a foreclosure auction.
