B & B has a real nice defined tone. I loved mine! You should be able to pick one up for around $400 over on LS1.com.
PS They sound super sexy with a set of FLP's w/cat's and little raspy without

i'm wanting to throw the dynomouth under my car. i've heard people really like the results. search the net for sound clips of different set ups. price out a true dual set up--that would be the shit. :headbang:

My bro has GMMG ($$$) and sounds alot like a cutout without the low rpm rasp. Its basically the same chambered style exhaust found on the old first gens.

Hooker and Magnflow have nice cat backs

Dynomouth is the best bang for your buck, period but its gonna be louder that most catbacks. As for sound, get a Hooker catback---quieter than most catbacks at idle but really screams under WOT.

I always liked the sound of Corsa exhaust on LS1s.

I have Hooker LT's backed by an off-road Y and Hooker cat-back. My car isn't loud at all. ;)

Corsa does sound good but its not worth the money! Anything more than $400 for a catback is just a waste of money. Like I said before, I paid $100 for my Dynomouth and if I had to do it again, I would go the same route.

Borla is a little too raw for me on LS1's but sounds pretty damn good on LT1's. Still, it doesnt justify the price.

Loudmouth= Loudest (resonator)
Dynomouth= Louder (Bullet muffler few baffles)
Hooker= Quiet at idle but sounds great at WOT (but not stainless steel). If I'm not mistaken the muffler is up with 3 bolts that can be easily taken off at the track.
Magnaflow= see above but is SS
GMMG and Corsa sound nice and deep but are obsurdly priced.
Borla sounds like the LM but $400 more.
I would go with hooker or magnaflow. Ryan has dynomouth and I have loudmouth and most people would say our cars are obnoxiously loud, so I'd rule those out for you.
Bo=LT1=doesnt count :bo:
Borla on stang = good
Borla on Camaro = loud and sounds like a Semi i.e. like shit

He didn't say anything about price, but I do agree Corsa costs way too much.
