Blew a tire completely apart today in the cobra. See what happens when i drive it!!?

It's running on the spare right now on the right rear. I might as well get 2 new rear tires, so what tires should i get. Should i try and hold out and order some tires or what? I'm not getting any drag radials b/c i plan on getting slicks in the future. Whatcha think?

first take off the spare from the rear and put it on the front, otherwise you can damage the diff

as for tires, get nittos

i don't wanna half to worry about Jess driving in the rain on drags, so i wanna go street tire, are the Nitto's Tony has good enough for street and strip?

I don't have any probs in the rain with the NT-555s. And they have decent traction for a longer life tire.

cool, i'll order the nitto's after i get back from Vegas. Is the best place still Discount Tire Direct to get them?

Thanks Bryant for letting me use your 275 for a week or so!!

tirerack.com had cheaper prices than DTD when i was pricing tires. @ ~115 a tire i think it would be about $270 to your door. shipping on 4 for me was only $42 from Louisianna with FedEx 3 day express.

Yeah dude. Nitto streets are a great medium. I'm pulling 2.0's all day launching like a pus on mine and I only have the 450's. The 555's only have a 205 in 16"....damn

LOL we'll see how well they hold up to my car in a month or two bwhahahaha!

oh well, i guess i'll just bite the bullet and get those nitto's for $340. Unless there is another comparable street tire out there for cheaper. I know JD runs Yokohama's and likes them.
