here are some 3V covers I did this weekend. they were bare Aluminum when i got a hold of them. The Roush stickers are that, stickers, and not powder or paint. and they went on a Roush mustang, so it wasn't for an imitator car.

How large of items can you powder coat?

I have coated up to a 15" wheel, 16's might be pushing it but i know 17's will not fit, some things I have to get creative with by hanging or putting them in at an angle to go from corner to corner as the oven I use is a standard kitchen oven until I can afford to buy or build a bigger unit. All the parts on my website fit in the oven with the exception of Tony's crossover pipe and that product cured on the car.

what are you looking to get coated? If it is too big for me to do it I can refer you to someone who can that I use personally for parts I have that are too big for me to do.

A frame for my 70 Lemans and most of the suspension pieces. Hard to find someone that can handle something that large.

The guys @ Boston Powder Coating here in Boston GA can do that. his oven is bigger than most paint booths I have seen as he builds monster truck chassis's on the side and coats them in the oven. he also does long railings and the internals for those bulk ice machines you see on the side of the road that say "Twice the Ice" or "Polarmatic" that the large oven is good for. 229-319-9257 is their number, tell them that Benjamin sent you, I live just a hair over 1/2 mile from their shop so I can be the eyes and ears for anyone that uses them if need be.

Do they do prep work too or would I have to bring everything ready to coat?

They do offer a sand blasting service, but I am unsure how bare you would need to get it. Best is to call them on Monday and ask them.

But I do see them sand blasting stuff every week.
