Ford Econoline Help

My company just gave me a 2007 Ford E-250 with 72,XXX miles. At exactly 45 mph it gets this nasty ass noise that sounds like a turbo prop motor is stuffed under the rear end. Some other folks have talked about this but does anybody have any suggestions or know of any shops that can fix it the first time around?

Haven't heard of anything described like that, but I wonder if its a rear end bearing going bad and the noise is multiplied by it being a van.

I had a van that done that befor...had a bad axle bearing..
