Raced a Mustang on the way to school

The road was 90% dry in my lane and completly dry in his. He was in a Candy Apple Red 94-95 "Cobra"(I dont know how real it was) and he was going really slow, almost as if he was waiting on me to catch up to him. Anyways, I paced him for a lil while and then motioned him to race and he knodded alright. He slowed down and kept slowing down until we were doing about 35 and he started honking. I heard the third honk and took off and he didnt move. I jumped the gun. :wtfgun: In Bainbridge, they go after the third honk, not on it. :roll: So we went again and I went after the third honk and blew the tires out from under the car so he won. I rolled back up on him and you would have thought he just beat John Force. I told him that I wanted the completly dry lane and we would go again but this time from 45 and he agreed. I have it in 3rd and when I hit it, it downshifted to 2nd and got a lil squirly but when it shifted into 3rd, I pulled about 5 car lengths in a matter of maybe 3 seconds. Lets just say he wasnt smiling when he pulled back up on me. I dont know if he thought he had a chance after the first race but now, you would have thought I just shot his mother or something, he wasnt happy. Anyways, it made my trip to Bainbridge a lot faster:mrgreen:
