When I install my linelock and bleed my brakes(who wants to help?), I wanna paint my calipers. What kind of paint should use? What should I use to clean the dust off of the caliper? Greg, yours are painted and Im sure there are others, help me out here. Also, what color should I paint them, gloss black or yellow? Thanks fellas.

Use brake parts cleaner for that dust. It will remove just about anything on the caliper and will dry without any residue, which you don't want for painting. Powder coat them!

I hate to be the grampa of the group, but make sure that you use brake cleaner (like Mach said) to get the brake dust off before you start taking things apart. The brake dust has asbestos in it and if you blow on it or stir it up and breath it, you're ingesting a toxic hazard into your lungs that can never be removed.
Some people blow this stuff off. Then again, some people get Cancer.
Hate to be so serious when ya want to do something cool, but you don't need that shit messin' up your life later on.
