man that sucks, surgery on the rotator cuff sucks man, they open the whole shoulder and you'r down for like a month before you can start working it out again

my dad has had 3 of those surgeries.

I know, that's why I opted for PT instead of surgery since it wasn't a major tear. 2 months of daily PT and I still have limited range of motion and can't put serious weight at certain angles on the arm/shoulder. It sucks.
