LIFE SUCKS!

Hey boyz! Called the body shop yesterday. The axle's bent, but the frame's okay. She's all straightened out and the front end's almost done. Probably two more weeks he said. He snickered when he realized I was calling to "check up" on my car. $10,500 so far in damage, but she's not totalled. I miss her! It's like hell not having my car! Whatever you do, and I know you all do stupid, irrational shit, be careful! If you wreck your car and have to live without for a month it'll kill you! It's killing me!

Otherwise, life sucks here in South Central! I'm working as a receptionist... those of you who know me and my demeanor realize the irony in that... can you imagine me: "It's a TERRIFIC Tuesday at BuyMax and New Millennium Academy. This is Stephanie speaking, how can I help you?" :roll:

But I just wanted to say hi and I miss you guys. It seems like the club is making leaps and bounds without me! I just needed to secure my position as resident racer chick! Luvya!

P.S. Is anything exciting going on this weekend? I'll be up there either Friday night or Saturday morning through Monday.

I know the feeling well. I wrecked my 88 twice when I was 17-18. Both were just small bs fender benders (no wild drivin was taking place, just wasn't payin attention). $2500 first time, $3,500 second time (2nd time is when I had the whole car painted blue). But I went without the car for a couple weeks each time it sucked.

Not to mention back in '93 when my rearend locked up cause the guy I had put the gears in screwed up. Took 6 months to find a replacement I could afford back then :).
