How does this sound guys...have a monthly cruise through Tallahassee and sell spots on our cars for advertising. This way local places: bars, tranny shops, dealerships, could buy in. What do you guys think?
This would also give our club major public awareness...we could put our banner on our cars as well.

i wont be doing this, my car isnt gonna be a rolling billbord, no matter how much somone pays me
I want to cruise.........probably without the advertising stuff
We could finish the cruise off at a spot to eat.

cruise would definately be cool
as for advertising and fund raising:
i would be in for a car wash no problem, get some beer and get a tan works for me, plus im sure we could get some chicks to come out as well
i also think we should try and arrange for local discounts and sponsorships (tire places, autoparts stores, bars, etc) for doing ads on the site (ls1tech has a sponsor banner on the right hand side of the website, and ls1.com and a rolling banner at the top) im not talking like well maybe we could get this here or that there, if the business's want advertising we need a set discount or benefit for mentioning the clubs name (like 10% off, free mounting, etc)
just a thought

I think we should "get in good" with at least one shop dealing in every aspects of cars(tires, body, exhaust, transmission, tint, ect....) so if we need anything, we always have someone to go to.
This is just me talking but I think we should have a PR guy in the council that goes around and gets us these sponcorships that we are looking for. Just a thought.
Im not doing it........Im afraid of rejection
