Just letting everyone who isn't already aware that Paul now has his own shop and continues to deliver great service at a reasonable price. Paul has rebuilt two (different) rears for me and the gear installation is totally silent (even though he'll tell you not to expect that).
Paul is an unusual combination of a mechanic who is honest, does great work for a great price, and will talk with you about what you want to do with genuine interest in getting you what you ask for.
