last wednesday, i was riding with my gf going down north monroe. we turned off onto the road right next to the ramada inn by the interstate. when the car downshifted, the tranny went out. turned out it was the torque converter and something else. i don't know for sure, i didn't get to talk to the mechanic. anyways, i pmed marcus and told him about it and asked him to look after it. the total bill was like 1700 for parts and labor. then there was a tmca discount that he gave her. took over 100 bucks off the bill. i just want to say thank you for the discount and for the great service. they got right on the car and had it out quickly. thanks a lot :tu: :tu:

I have been up there about 5 times within the last two week and the discount has really help out.

I really appreciate the post. I hope we are ALWAYS good to you all. I try to see to it personally, but I have got to say the service manager has done a great deal to help too. Thank's guys! (and ladies) :headbang:

Yup, great place to deal with. They just did the tranny in the 02 (very quickly), and my mom just purchased a 03 Navigator from them. While there getting the Navi I picked up some touch up paint :)

I took my car there for the radiator a few months back and they did an awesome and fast job. Whenever I need anything fixed again, they will get my business. 8)

these guys at lincoln mercury are squared away. i will never go back to all american shit again. took the car in today, very nice place and everyone there was on top of the ball. :bowdown:

Not to revive a dead thread or anything, but I wanted to add my 2 cents... I've been dealing with Travis over there and am very happy with the service I've gotten there. With the TMCA discount, I just ordered a Ford AC compressor that's actually cheaper than one at Advance Autoparts... :beer:

I've also dealt with All American (and Tallahassee Ford) before...never had anything nice to say about them...
