$1800 for a 12 bolt?
My 12 bolt had 4.56 gears and i just gave it away.
Even putting in hardend axle shafts and converting to disk breaks it still shouldnt be $1800!!!

By the time you hae it shipped, you can get one for a good bit cheaper, especially if you part one together.

I checked on a used one and a stock used one is 725.00 my cost. So a Moser unit for 1800 is not out of the question. I do think that his starting bid is all he expects to get and shoulda set a reserve price and a lower starting bid.

i guess so.
a stock 12 bolt with drum brakes you can find for anywhere from $100 to $250 depending on codition/lug pattern.
but..then i guess if you want one that doesnt break and you can brake with it adds up.

And let's not forget it's a Moser. They tend to run a little high. Haven't heard of one breaking though.
