Two Club

I'm sure this is old news but today is the first time I've seen it. A black Callaway Vette Vert with the plate that reads TWO CLUB and a frame that says something up top and "200 MPH Club" on the bottom. Older dude driving it (not Mark either). Anyone else seen it ? It was heading up Monroe around rush hour this afternoon.
