was on the license tag of a new grey viper, black top, chrome 10 spokes, that i got in a little run with. we both came off a double turn lane and i let him get the jump when we straightened out. we were rolling about 10 and he shut down at 55-60. i was only a 1/4 car back if even that-both of us spinning pretty good, and shortly after i shifted into 2nd he shut down. we pulled up at the next light with cars in front of both, and i saw why he shut down so soon--he had his 2yr old daughter with him. i'm pretty surprised he even did the little bit he did. well, he told me he was pulling on me good and that was just a taste of what he had-i wish we would have kept going, but oh well. my first run in with viper that was willing to do something :twisted: i assume he owns a limo service-anyone know this guy. he's got a super nice car:rice:

Yup, he stop'd racing out at CB after that. That was back in 1999, we ran from a 10mph roll since I was on slicks. I had Sean ride in the car with me. I left Mike hit the gas first, as soon as I laid into the throttle I put a car length on him. I had a good 5-6 cars on him at the end. We ran it past the 1/4 and he said his speedo read above 140 and he wasn't catching me. 3rd gear (1:1) 7000 rpms with 3.73s and 26" tires in my 88 calcs out to 147 mph.

yes he did, he was at stereo sales w/ his kid's car seat in the car. he dropped off the yellow stretch H2. i guess he raced tony on his way home from when i saw him. those things have 6-lug wheels!
