The board wont refresh for me automatically

When I click on the lounge it wont show the new threads unless I hit refresh. Same with posts. Its also doing it to me on the corral. Can anyone help me out?

sure,your browser is caching the files and not looking to the server to see if it changed... it is asetting in IE... let me find it... one sec

Mine refreshes by itself, but unless I used the "mark all topics read" thing, when I go back to the main page, it shows certain sections like "lounge" still highlighted like theres something I haven't read yet. Its teasing me. I go in expecting to see a new post and theres nothing there.:(

I know its not, but it is in fact what I'm talking about. Its close to the same thing though. Its not refreshing the main page when all posts are read.

under TOOLS.... INTERNET OPTIONS...

you will get the window on the left.... click on SETTINGS button

this will openwindow on right... does it look like mine? if no, make it.. if yes, change it to EVERY VISIT TO PAGE to force it to check everytime... let me know if that helps...

From what I read, that seems to be a vb2 "bug"/setting. vb3 will work different. But vB3 is beta right now. I'll upgrade to it as soon as its released non-beta. FFW, corral, tchracing all seem to do it.
