Well, on my way here from Virginia, I stopped at a rest stop in South Carolina. I went in, got some water, and then proceeded to crank over my car. It did not work so I stopped and called AAA roadside service. Meanwhile, I'm looking around and find that the battery is low on acid. I call Tony up asking for his opinion and he says that the battery is dead and needs to be recharged. A trucker pulls up and helps give me a jump but the car dies soon afterward, still in the rest stop. I call my mechanic in VA who tells me its the alternator. $400, a new battery and alternator later, I was able to drive here. Wonderful thing, it went after 66xxx miles.
A dead battery can lead to a dead Alternator :(

Boner is the alternator king.
I went to Pepboys the other day and they said no more free alternators for me. It only took me 12 for them to cut me off. Gotta love that Pepboys quality in every product they sell.
